What about external contractors using our facilities?
Standard Tier focuses on staff who work at the premises. Contractors using the facility (external coaches, party hire) aren't typically your staff under the Act, but you can choose to include them in the awareness flow if helpful.
We might be Enhanced Tier, what then?
